Payment
Payment for any private swim lessons must be received prior to scheduling the lessons.
No Refunds or Credits
Private swim lessons are non-transferable and non-refundable. Upon cancellation, unused sessions are forfeited. Exceptions to this policy include if you or your child are ill and can provide a doctor's note, or if you call to reschedule 24 hours or more prior to the lesson.
Deadline for Package Use
4 package sessions must be used within 4 consecutive weeks. 8 package sessions must be used within 8 consecutive weeks. 12 package sessions must be used within 12 consecutive weeks.
Tardiness
We encourage you to be on time for your private swim. Swim lessons will begin promptly at the scheduled time agreed to between you and your swim instructor. If you arrive late to your private swim lesson, you will receive the remaining scheduled lesson time. Please be advised that our swim instructors are only required to wait fifteen (15) minutes after your scheduled time; after the fifteen (15) minute waiting period, your lesson will be considered a “no show,” and will be deemed a completed lesson as part of your package, or charged in full for if it was scheduled as a single lesson.
Cancellations
In the event you would like to cancel or reschedule your private swim lesson, you must contact the aquatics department at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the time of your scheduled private swim lesson. In the event you do not provide the aquatics department with at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice, your lesson will be considered a “no show,” and will be deemed a completed lesson as part of your package or charged in full for if it was scheduled as a single lesson.

We recommend that all participants complete a physical examination with their physician prior to engaging in any private swimming lessons sessions purchased hereunder.
